In an effort to most effectively minister to and communicate with our church family, we are updating information in our database.  Please take a moment over the next three Sundays to either confirm or update your contact information with Denise.  There are two ways to go about doing this:
  1. By far the easiest way to update your information is to CLICK HERE!  Fill out this online form for your entire family, hit submit and it’s done!
  2. There will also be a table set up at the back of the gym for the next few Sundays.  Stop by, update your information.  Just look for the balloons!
And just for playing along, you’ll receive a free gift!
If you have any questions– shoot Denise an email at Denise@Christ Point.org!

This Saturday, October 29th, we need a crew of at least 6-8 men to team up to tackle two small local projects from 8:00-11:00 a.m. We’re partnering with Cooperative Christian Ministry (CCM).  We’ll plan to go to lunch together after the projects are finished. Here are the projects:

Project #1: Remove decking material from the side of the road where the deck was removed by a previous volunteer team and transport the decking material via trailer or pick-up truck to CCM’s dumpster at My Father’s House.  It’s about one pick-up truck load of material total.  We’ll need to cut the material to make sure that the material is short enough to fit inside the dumpster.

Project #2: Transport several cement parking stops from My Father’s House to CCM’s Crisis Center and install them at the back of the building with 10 lengths of rebar (each is 2′ long) and a framing hammer or small sledgehammer.

If you’re able to help out this Saturday, email Mike@Christ Point.org and let us know if you have the tools we would need to tackle these projects.  Thanks guys!

Save Monday night, November 14th on your calendars!  RenMen will be having a bowling challenge that evening, so start spreading the word and inviting guys you know to join the action.  We’ll have more details soon.

Are you interested in being baptized or learning more about baptism? Please plan to attend Ren’s next baptism classes on November 20th and 27th at 9:00 a.m. prior to the Sunday morning service.  Adults and children are invited.  Baptisms will take place following the December 4th service.  If you have any questions, please email Pastor James.
