Please join your RenFamily in our next GONE Weekend Event where we’ll partner with Feed the Hunger by hosting our own Pack-A-Thon on Sunday, October 1st at 10:00 a.m. in the West Cabarrus YMCA Gym.

And what’s a Ren GONE Weekend without Neighborhood Dinners on Saturday evening? We’ll gather in neighborhood homes to fellowship and pray for God’s blessing on our efforts to further His kingdom in Jesus’ name. A group of 3-5 families will gather around a table, watch a short devotional video from Pastor James and pray for efforts.

A $25 per family contribution is requested to help offset the cost of this ministry. Donations can be paid online at the time of registration and will also be accepted the morning of the event.

Sunday, October 1st @ 9:00 a.m. in the Sullivan Room at the YMCA (before the Pack-A-Thon). Adult & student groups WILL NOT meet that week so that all adults & teens who serve in the Village children’s ministry & Renegade student ministries can attend. Childcare, coffee & pastries will be provided.
We are taking a break this week from our Gathering series “The Book of Jonah” with Eric Mason. Our adult and student groups do not meet this Sunday so that all adults and teens who serve in the Village (or interested in serving) can attend our Village & Renegade Team Leader Training being held in the Sullivan Room beginning at 9:00 a.m.

IF: Pray
The purpose of IF:PRAY is to gather women from around the world in prayer. We believe God hears and answers prayers, and we want our focus to be a time of seeking the Lord in this way in our communities. IF: Tables
A place to gather women and share a simple meal and dive deep with people over real stories and Christ centered conversations. A time for a whole lot of laughter – and maybe a few tears – but time spent that leaves us with glad hearts. Full hearts. Grateful hearts. The vision is 6 Women, 4 Questions, 2 Hours, 1 Table talking about what really matters in life.

Bible Studies

Renegade meets this Sunday, September 24th @ 9:00 a.m. in the Sullivan Room at the Y. We’ll be diving into the Bible, enjoying donuts, playing an intense icebreaker game & breaking into Renegade groups. We’ll see ya’ then!

On Sunday, October 8th, RenMen will gather at the home of Bruce Chopin to eat meat and watch the Lions take on the Panthers. Men and high school guys can head on over to Bruce’s home (1310 Inverness Pl NW, Concord 28027) right after the Sunday service to enjoy Food, Fellowship, Football & Fun. In addition to meat, games (with cash prizes) will be provided. Side items and desserts will be welcomed! RSVP to Russ, Mike or Bruce with what you’d like to bring. See you there!
